St. Mary's Foundation was established in 1983 to respond to local healthcare needs. Today, with a board of directors from area communities, the Foundation is a catalyst for positive changes. It gives you and all residents of Central South Dakota a greater voice and greater hand in maintaining top quality health care here. The Foundation is a separate and independent 501 (c) 3, and while we work closely with St. Mary's Healthcare Center, we have our own board and mission. Local board members decide how to invest Foundation assets to have the greatest impact on enriching health care here. Gifts to the Foundation stay in Central South Dakota. It all comes back to you!
